Ok, that link didn't work either, but I found a site that had a video of the shoot, and I think they all kind of look like tools with suits and skates. :)
But yah, the regular skates don't look as bad as the goalie skates.
Speaking of goalies, my goalie for the RR wears his socks over his whole skate (even in practice). I have never seen that done before!
Yeah, those goalie skates look AND FEEL like clown shoes compared to regular skates. But they do the job they're meant to do. That's weird about wearing the socks down over the skate. If you ever land on a picture of that, I'd love to see it.

I thought about taking a pic at practice yesterday, but he was wearing all black socks, so it was harder to tell.
If he plays the next RR game I go to (11/21) I will see what I can do. It looks like he is wearing leg warmers.
