A campaign I can get behind
Bruins fans have started a get out the write-in vote campaign for Tim Thomas to get into the All-Star game. And given how ridiculous some of the nominees are, I approve this message wholeheartedly.
Though I have to laugh at this picture I found when I looking for an image of TIMMAAAAAAAAAY to use. Montreal fans are brutal... poor TIMMAAAAAAAAAY. But isn't he cute in his half-goalie gear? Heh.

Yah, I haven't looked at all the nominations yet but for Phoenix it's Jokinen (I'm guessing purely because of who he is - he disappears too much for me), Doan (he totally deserves it) and Bryz (this one I really don't get but at least it's not Jovo).
Maybe we could start a write in for Clutterbuck (how awesome would it be to have an All-Star jersey with his name on the back?) Of course, the All-Stars usually don't like to hit during the game. But hey, at least he would make it interesting.
Heh, I think we might be swimming upstream a bit there, but I'd sure love to see him in the Young Stars game. Seems like that's always those fancy dancy hot shot goal scoring types though. Pfft. Give me a Clutterbuck over those guys any day.
